One of our favorite parts of the PouchMates community is seeing the incredible bonds families build with their Sugar Gliders. This month, we're excited to introduce you to our Sugar Glider of the Month... Gizmo!
Gizmo belongs to Lucy and Breanna R. and is just 2 months old, but he's already making a big impression with his playful personality and love for spending time with his family.
Lucy and Breanna shared that one of their favorite activities is relaxing together in the Bonding Tent, where Gizmo and his brother can safely climb all over them while building trust and confidence. It's a wonderful reminder that bonding with Sugar Gliders isn't just about holding them. It's about creating fun, positive experiences together.
When Gizmo isn't exploring, you'll usually find him playing in his hammock, ringing his favorite bell, or doing what Sugar Gliders do best... snuggling up with his brother inside their pouch for a cozy nap.
And like many Sugar Gliders, Gizmo has a favorite snack too. Fresh apples are always a big hit!
